Store Policy


  • All listed service prices are indicative, not fixed and may vary based on hair length, density and duration of service.

  • New 2024 pricing comes into effect from 1st of January 2024.

  • A surcharge of $5 for all selected services on Sundays and Public holidays. Surcharge calculated on top of corresponding listed prices. Service surcharge is separate and additional to any EFTPOS surcharge.

  • We do not allow pets in the store for WH&S (work health & safety) reasons. (Service pets only permitted).

  • Surcharge applies on all EFTPOS transactions. We accept cash should you wish to avoid EFTPOS surcharges.

  • All minors are to be accompanied by a parent/guardian in store for the whole duration and completion of service. Children are not permitted to touch tools and equipment or any hazards. Parent/Guardian is solely responsible for minors under their care. Barber Signature takes no responsibility or liability for accidents resulting in negligence.

  • Complimentary in salon consultations and quotes are given, by prior arrangement for accurate pricing. Should pricing be a concern, please request a free consultation and quote prior to booking a service.

  • We reserve the right to adjust/amend any service and price at anytime. In accordance to the hairstylists professional opinion.

  • Please email any feedback, compliments or complaints through Contact us page within 1 week of service. We will surely do our best to help.

  • Please inform us prior to chemical services if you are allergic/sensitive. Allergy test will be performed.

  • Be advised colour correction, tinting, facial, hair services may not be completed or achieve optimal results in one visit. Client understands and accepts recommended, frequent follow up may be required.

  • At Barber Signature, we take pride in delivering services that align with your unique preferences and goals. When you've engaged in a prior consultation and we've successfully achieved the results discussed, our commitment to your satisfaction remains paramount.

    We understand that personal preferences can evolve over time. If, after attaining the desired outcome through our consultation-based services, you find that your preferences have shifted, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume liability or provide complimentary adjustments in such

    cases.

  • To

    ensure mutual understanding, we encourage open and comprehensive communication during consultations. Any alterations subsequent to the consultation will be subject to our standard service

    charges. We

    greatly appreciate your comprehension of this policy.

  • Online bookings greatly reduce waiting times. Scheduled appointments are given priority and precedence.

  • Abusive and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at Barber Signature, as we endeavor to provide a relaxing and enjoyable environment for everyone.

  • Exchange / Refunds are provided for products, with valid receipt or proof of purchase. Within fourteen days of purchase. Exchange/ Refunds are not given for change of mind, found it cheaper, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

  • Seniors prices are Tuesday to Friday.

  • For WH&S reasons, we cannot service children under 4 years of age or unsettled children.

  • Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with others.

  • Business hours, adjustments, certain public holiday closures may occur.

  • Due to limited time, hair colour/ lightening, certain facials and services are not performed on weekends/ public holidays. Please contact us prior for any questions and clarifications prior to booking.

  • At Barber Signature, we strictly do not treat or service any contagious diseases. (Example, ringworm, head-lice). Please see the correct healthcare professional for correct treatment, control and advice.

  • Cleaning and disinfecting surcharge fee applies for any contamination of the salon.

  • At Barber Signature, we are not licensed to serve or allow the consumption of any Alcoholic beverages inside our business. No outside food and drink permitted in store.

  • Gift voucher must be presented with confirmed booking prior to redeeming. Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded. Gift vouchers can only be used towards services, excludes retail.

  • Loyalty card discount program ends on the 1st of January 2023.

  • Prior to the commencement of service Online bookings must be confirmed with security deposit. Any questions please call (02) 89630400 or leave us a message by filling out the online form on the contact us section of this website.

  • Sunday’s and public holidays services incur a $5 surcharge to all selected services.

  • Barber Signature will not not take responsibility or liability for any parking difficulties you may experience. Whilst we apologise for any difficulties such external circumstances we do not have control over.

  • Incorrect client service selections to confirmed bookings. Will be adjusted, charged accordingly to correct corresponding service. If unsure, please contact us prior to booking or visit us in store for a free no obligation consultation & quote at an agreed time. Adjustments and amendments cannot be requested or altered by the client after service confirmation.

  • At Barber Signature, all no-show / all short notice cancellations to confirmed booking are taken very seriously. Resulting in financial loss to the business should this happen. Hence, a full 100% cancellation fee is deducted from the customer.

  • Any appointments with a duration of service exceeding 30 minutes, that are cancelled or rescheduled repeatedly. Regardless of being confirmed booking or otherwise. Shall be banned and not be permitted to use our service. This practice causes severe business disruptions and will not be tolerated.

  • We at Barber Signature cannot adjust, amend or reschedule any confirmed booking. Clients are fully responsible for their own selected service visit.

  • We do not accept phone call, email or voice messages to adjust confirmed bookings. Please do not request this for confirmed bookings as we cannot make adjustments to a service the client has selected and confirmed.

  • Online booking time allocations are estimates and may not reflect duration of service. Service completion times may vary to allow and accommodate variable factors between appointments.

  • Late client/s arrival over ten minutes, no show and all short notice cancellation to confirmed booking results in cancellation of service. With a non-refundable 100% fee applied from the full service charge. We cannot service a client when a cancellation of service has occurred. The client may book a new online appointment after cancellation fee has been processed.

  • Late client/s arrival to scheduled, confirmed booking. Arriving under ten minutes, impede and intrude on the following client/s service. Resulting in additional service time and will be charged accordingly to excess service time required. Surcharge applies.

  • Under no circumstances Barber Signature allows double booking to amend a confirmed booking. A confirmed booking is locked in. The practice of double booking over a confirmed booking will not be tolerated. Resulting in instant recognition of the client original confirmed booking service only.

  • It is highly recommended and advisable to arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Online booking reservations are a service provided by Barber Signature for the sole convenience of our valued customers. We ask that you kindly adhere to all the accepted terms and conditions of confirmed booking. A great deal of work, time and money is spent behind the scenes to make this convenient service possible.

  • Selecting an incorrect service/services that require additional work and time, incurs an additional charge to the client. For up to date and most accurate pricing, visit us in store prior for a free, scheduled consultation and quote.

  • The client is given the freedom to cancel or re-schedule an appointment themselves via the online booking system. No cancellation fee is charged if amendments or changes are performed 24 hours prior to confirmed scheduled booking. Once booking is confirmed, a cancellation fee of 100% of the full service charge is applied for all no-show, short notice, late arrival of 10 minutes to scheduled appointment.

  • Barber Signature will fully refund any pre-paid funds, reserved for online confirmed clients, should any major business disruption, closure or emergency take place.

  • All listed terms and conditions stated therein, are legally binding contract. By proceeding the customer understands and accepts all terms and conditions listed therein. Barber Signature will not be held responsible for any financial loss/compensation incurred should any terms and conditions are breached.
